- Supremo is Colombia’s top export grade
- This bean is very versatile when it comes to roasting; good from lighter side of medium to as dark as you want to go
- Roasted in small batches
Roast
- Light – this roast is generally preferred for milder coffee varieties. There will be no oil on the surface of these beans because they are not roasted long enough for the oils to break through to the surface
- Medium – Also known as city or regular roast, which is the most common roasting profile. The natural flavors of the beans are more dominant than the roast flavors and the finish is delightfully aromatic
- Dark – Also known as full city or French roast. The roast flavors dominate the natural flavors of the beans

This coffee is amazing! Such a difference to have coffee that is so freshly roasted. I placed my order on a Wednesday. It was roasted the next day on Thursday. Put in the mail on Friday and I had it on Saturday. Amazing service. This will be the only place I buy coffee.

I’ve been ordering from these guys for a long time. The coffee is delicious as always, but the time it takes to get my orders is getting longer and longer. Where orders used to ship the day of or day after they were placed, this time it took an entire week to ship. Very disappointed in that.
